My husband and I are in our 60s and we grew tired of run of the mill gyms. We heard about a new way to workout called CrossFit. This program is high energy and super fun, with a different workout every day. We are in our fourth year and love our workouts at El Dorado Hills CrossFit! The trainers are available every day for 1-on-1 help to make sure we learn the moves correctly. The friendship, community, and support in the gym is fantastic. For us the health and fitness benefits have been amazing! We would recommend this to folks of all ages. Give it a try! You can do it!
