At El Dorado Hills CrossFit, our diverse programs are the heart and soul of our facility. Each course is designed to deliver the best results possible. Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, increase mobility, or improve your overall fitness.

  • On-Ramp

    Our On-Ramp program introduces members to the fundamental movements and techniques of CrossFit. It’s not a required course but highly encouraged for those new to training.

  • CrossFit Group Classes

    Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees, and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum results every time.

  • Personal Training

    In today’s busy world, it’s hard to find the time for regular exercise. So it’s important to make the most of the time you have. El Dorado Hills CrossFit offers personal training sessions that will help you achieve your ideal body. We’ll develop an exercise regimen suited specifically for you, whether your goal is to gain muscle or lose weight.
